The front desk that never goes to voicemail.
An AI team built for med spas. It answers in English, French and Kreyol, captures who called and why, offers a consult slot, and hands anything clinical straight to you. It will not quote a price and it will not make a medical claim, because it is built not to.
Calls arrive while your team is in a treatment room.
Published industry figures put missed-call rates around 35% for clinics during treatment hours, and report that most callers who reach voicemail never call back. We have not measured your clinic, so here is the arithmetic laid out rather than a number asserted about you. Change any line and the answer changes.
Those four inputs are assumptions, not measurements from your business, and the total is only as good as they are. Sources for the underlying rates: Hyperleap AI, Spa Voices, Zenoti 2025 consumer survey, AmSpa 2024 State of the Industry Report. We are not claiming this is what you lose. We are showing you how to work out whether the problem is worth solving at all.
Three jobs, handled by three agents.
AQALMA answers the call
Trilingual English, French and Kreyol. It takes who called, what they want, and when they are free. Anything that sounds clinical, distressed, or involves a minor is routed to a human instead of being answered. Pricing questions are captured, not quoted.
AQVITA offers a time and confirms it
Checks availability, offers options, and sends an SMS confirmation with reminders before the appointment. We are not going to tell you what that does to your no-show rate. We have not measured it, and any number we gave you would be invented.
AQELIS and AQORA handle the follow-up
A review request after the visit, and a reach-out to patients who have not been back in a while. Negative feedback is flagged to you rather than answered automatically.
What we will not claim.
This page was rewritten in August 2026 because the version before it said things we could not prove. Those claims are named here rather than quietly deleted, because you deserve to know which way we err when nobody is checking.
We are not HIPAA compliant and we do not hold BAAs.
The previous version of this page said we had Business Associate Agreements with our telephony providers. We do not. Do not send us protected health information, and do not use this to discuss a patient's condition. The system is built to refuse clinical conversation and hand off to your staff, which is a design choice, not a compliance certification.
Voice is not switched on yet
The phone side depends on carrier and voice-provider verification that is still in progress. Until that clears we are not going to sell you a receptionist that cannot pick up. If your clinic needs the phone answered this week, we are not your answer this week. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
There is no recording to listen to
The old page invited you to listen to a real call and then showed a placeholder where the audio should have been. There is no published recording. When there is one, it will be here.
We have no med spa case study
The old page implied a live Montreal clinic. That was a seeded test record, not a customer. Nobody has paid us yet, and implying otherwise on the page where we ask for money would be the exact thing our own rules forbid.
No integration with Boulevard, Mangomint or Aesthetic Record
The old page said it plugged into them. No such integration exists in our code. If your booking lives in one of those, tell us and we will be straight about what it would take.
No outcome guarantee
The old page promised a specific number of bookings or you pay nothing. We will not promise you a result the market decides. You can cancel at any time, which is a promise about our behaviour rather than about yours.
The same pricing as everyone else.
There is no special med spa tier. These are the real prices, and they are the ones our terms page and our checkout both use.
$297/month
13 agents, including the voice, booking, lead capture, reputation and briefing agents described above.
By conversation
All 21 agents. Adds the content and campaign engine on top of everything in The Crew, shaped around your clinic in a conversation — terms stated plainly before anything is billed.
Billed monthly. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Full terms are on the terms page, and the prices there match these because both are read from the same file.
What owners actually ask.
What if it quotes a price or makes a medical claim?
It is built not to. Refusing to quote, refusing to diagnose, and escalating anything clinical are enforced in the system rather than politely requested in a prompt. Ask us and we will show you the rules it runs under.
I already use Boulevard or Mangomint.
Then your booking is handled and we are not trying to replace it. There is no integration today, so be clear-eyed about what that means: bookings would arrive through us, not into that system automatically.
Why English, French and Kreyol?
Because Montreal, South Florida, New York, Boston and Ontario all have French and Haitian-Creole speaking patients, and most clinics quietly lose those calls. The same language work powers KOZE.
How long does setup take?
Account and agent setup is a short guided conversation about your services, hours and voice. The phone number itself waits on the verification described above. We would rather tell you that now than after you have paid.
Talk to a person first.
Given how much of this page is about what is not ready yet, the honest next step is a conversation rather than a checkout. Tell us about your clinic and we will tell you whether we can help you yet.
